Staff report an incident in seconds. Your IT department works it to closure. If it is still open after 24 hours, your managers are told automatically — and every step is kept for your data-protection records.
Any member of staff raises the incident: category, priority, what happened, evidence attached, and a tick if personal data is involved.
IT is emailed at once, picks the ticket up, records what was found and done, and keeps the reporter informed by email.
A ticket closes only with resolution notes. The reporter gets them, and the record is kept with its full history.
After 24 hours the managers are emailed (Level 1). After 48 hours, senior management (Level 2). Automatically, once per level.
Category, sub category and detail, priority, a clear description and a file as evidence. Staff follow their own tickets under My tickets.
One queue for the IT department: assign to me, status, priority and notes in one step, with the whole history on a timeline.
Open after 24 hours: managers are emailed. After 48 hours: senior management. Hours and recipients are set by your administrator.
Staff are signed in with their Windows account — no new passwords. Roles come from your Active Directory groups.
Personal-data incidents are flagged. Every sign-in, change, download and email is logged. Export or print the incident register for any period.
Administrators manage users and roles, categories, priorities, statuses and escalation settings from simple admin pages.
