APIS Plus (Advanced Payment Issuing System) combines software, a colour printer and a scanner. It prints your cheques with security features built in, scans each one as it is issued, and keeps a searchable digital record of every payment.

How it works

Prepare, print, scan and check.

Prepare the payment

Choose the beneficiary from your list with a quick search. The date is filled in automatically to avoid errors.

Print the cheque

Your logo is printed in colour. The amount is printed in MICR font and written out in words, and the space after the words is filled with your logo.

Scan and check

Each cheque is scanned in about 4 seconds. The operator accepts, rejects, re-prints or cancels it, and the decision is recorded with the date and time.

Logo printed in colour

The ink is absorbed into the cheque paper, so it is extremely difficult to remove without damaging the cheque.

Amount protected

The value is printed in MICR font, converted to words automatically, and the empty space is filled with your logo so nothing can be added.

Beneficiary list

Keep beneficiaries with address, phone, email and contact name, and pick them from a fast search list.

Digital record of every cheque

Cheque number, account number and bank code are captured. Find any payment by beneficiary, value, date, cheque number, account or bank code, without photocopies.

Quality control before it leaves

Every printed cheque is scanned and checked, so errors are caught before the cheque reaches the beneficiary.

Biometric sign-in and access levels

Operators are identified by fingerprint, with different access levels and multiple users.

Reports

Instant, daily or periodic reports, with the operator, station, date and time recorded for every cheque.
