We supply Digital Check scanners for bank counters and back offices: the CheXpress CX35 for single cheques at the teller, and the TellerScan TS250 for batches. All our cheque scanners are TACH compliant, meeting the Tanzanian Cheque Truncation Standards.
The teller feeds the cheque, or a batch of cheques, and both sides are imaged while the MICR line is read.
Image quality and the MICR data are verified on the spot, so problems are caught before the customer leaves.
Images and data go to your cheque capture system for clearing under the Tanzanian Cheque Truncation Standards (TACH).
Dual 600 dpi image sensors capture the front and back of every cheque, with Best Read image enhancement.
The MICR line is read and checked against OCR, so cheque, account and bank codes are captured accurately.
The CX35 UV captures ultraviolet and visible-light images in a single pass, to help spot altered or fake cheques.
An optional single-line inkjet endorser prints your own text on each cheque as it is scanned.
One button shows status, ejects documents and starts an automatic cleaning cycle with a cleaning card.
Connect by USB, or switch to network mode (Ethernet over USB) to share a scanner across a counter.
The TS250 also scans ID cards in full colour from the front feed, reading 2D barcodes.
Supported by the Digital Check API and SecureLink 2.0, and used by teller and branch capture applications.
We install the scanners, set them up with your capture system, train your tellers and support them in Tanzania.
